One Brown Outlier (Sheep)

My stretched fabric works bridge the gap between digital and tactile. Their grid-like compositions are generated using custom-built javascript that randomly pull numbers from predefined parameters, the resulting formations are then translated into traditional techniques by hand. This blend of old and new offers reflections on the pace of our digital society while honouring the age-old crafts that ground us.

Ultimately, my work aims to demonstrate the resilience of craftsmanship and the power of process in the contemporary world.
